Abi O'Brien - Client Partnership Manager

Abi started working for Jobsgopublic three years ago. She came to us as a HR Assistant, focussing on administration and office management. Abi moved swiftly into sales and progressed quickly into her current role as a Client Account Manager.

"I was given the opportunity to develop my client relationship skills further into becoming a dedicated Account Manager. I don't tend to have two days the same as my role is very varied. I currently manage and develop our contractual clients and I take responsibility for our client relationships and ensuring retention and satisfaction. Some of my key responsibilities include working with clients closely to develop a clear understanding of their objectives; managing projects to ensure delivery is on time and to budget; be involved at all stages of the creative process; as well as day to day queries clients may have regarding their account."


Sam Wilson - Senior Marketing Executive

Sam came to us around 18 months ago, having completed internships within Education and e-commerce. His initial role was to support the marketing function on email marketing, online advertising and blog writing. During this time, Sam obtained his Chartered Certificate in Marketing and has now been promoted to Marketing Executive as recognition of his changing role in developing our services, introducing new products and leading on the development of our in-house PR service.

Davis Kityo - Production & Support Lead

Davis joined the business as a Support Analyst, brought in to handle the technical support requests from clients and candidates. More recently, he is involved in the production side of Jobsgopublic, including building creative media for our websites and coding client microsites, something he really enjoys.

Client Partnership Executive – Education

The Role

As Jobsgopublic’s Education specialist, your primary responsibility will be to actively introduce and promote Jobsgopublic’s services to the Education Sector, selling a mixture of advertising and software solutions.

Whilst initially you will be predominately office based, this role offers a clear career path and opportunity of future team expansion and field sales.

You will be expected to achieve a high number of effective calls, to identify and canvas new business opportunities. You will also work closely with current clients to make sure that these relationships are nurtured and developed.

In depth training and regular support will mean you will quickly become a sector and product expert, giving you the right platform to succeed.

You will be expected to keep an accurate record of all prospects and activities on Jobsgopublic’s CRM system and coordinate internal resources through the sales cycle.

About You

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years advertising sales experience, but experience within Education recruitment would be a major benefit.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent communication skills with strong business acumen and a high level of drive and determination. Your analytical skills will help you to break down complex information into simple, bite sized chunks tailored to the right audience.

You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to deal with people at all levels. You will be confident and assertive on the phone and have demonstrable experience of hitting and exceeding targets.

You will be highly organised and be self motivated by success and over achievement.

Jobsgopublic are a leading digital resourcing company based in Farringdon, Central London. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated graduate to join the team as a Graduate Client Partnership Executive.

This is an exciting opportunity to take the first steps of your career – you’ll be a key part of a small, dynamic team within a forward-thinking and innovative organisation.

You’ll receive full in-house training on all aspects of the job, including practical experience, shadowing and mentoring. You’ll gain all the knowledge you need to make an immediate impact, and be fully supported to develop your skills & career.

The role is perfect for an enthusiastic graduate with a can-do attitude who thrives in a challenging but collaborative environment.

The Role

As a Graduate Client Partnerships Executive your primary responsibility will be to actively introduce and promote Jobsgopublic’s products & services to new and existing clients.

About You

We would welcome applicants with any degree at 2:2 level and above.

To be successful in the role, you will be a fast learner with excellent communication skills and the confidence to speak with people at all levels.

You need to be highly motivated with the passion and drive to succeed in a sales position.

You will be confident and assertive on the phone and will thrive on achieving and exceeding both individual and team targets while possessing a resilient and positive nature.

You will need strong administration skills and the ability to work in a high-activity environment.

Finance & Administrative Assistant

Jobsgopublic, a leading digital recruitment brand, are looking for a Finance and Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated Finance and HR team.

The successful candidate will provide support for a busy team as they deliver a professional and efficient accounts function for our thriving business.

Your duties will include:

  • Raising Sales Invoices, Receipts & Payments
  • Chasing Debts / Credit Control
  • Purchase Ledger Input & Payments
  • Checking Company Bank Statements / Reconciliations
  • Staff Expenses / Barclaycard Reconciliations
  • General Finance / HR / Office Administration & Adhoc Duties as required

Whilst beneficial, experience within the field isn’t essential. We are looking for someone with the right attitude who is eager to learn and quickly become an integral part of the team. You will be provided with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to study towards an accounting qualification in due course.

We are a small business and so finding the right people to join us is essential. You must be a team player, a hard worker and willing to go above and beyond for your team and the business as a whole. You’ll have a keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information.

Needless to say, you will have superb numeracy skills coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
