Abi O'Brien - Client Partnership Manager

Abi started working for Jobsgopublic three years ago. She came to us as a HR Assistant, focussing on administration and office management. Abi moved swiftly into sales and progressed quickly into her current role as a Client Account Manager.

"I was given the opportunity to develop my client relationship skills further into becoming a dedicated Account Manager. I don't tend to have two days the same as my role is very varied. I currently manage and develop our contractual clients and I take responsibility for our client relationships and ensuring retention and satisfaction. Some of my key responsibilities include working with clients closely to develop a clear understanding of their objectives; managing projects to ensure delivery is on time and to budget; be involved at all stages of the creative process; as well as day to day queries clients may have regarding their account."


Sam Wilson - Senior Marketing Executive

Sam came to us around 18 months ago, having completed internships within Education and e-commerce. His initial role was to support the marketing function on email marketing, online advertising and blog writing. During this time, Sam obtained his Chartered Certificate in Marketing and has now been promoted to Marketing Executive as recognition of his changing role in developing our services, introducing new products and leading on the development of our in-house PR service.

Davis Kityo - Assistant Manager Production & Support

Davis joined the business as a Support Analyst, brought in to handle the technical support requests from clients and candidates. More recently, he is involved in the production side of Jobsgopublic, including building creative media for our websites and coding client microsites, something he really enjoys.

Marketing Campaign Executive

The Role

The success of our campaigns has been instrumental to our growing client base and recent achievements. We are now busier than ever and regularly have multiple campaigns running at any one time.

In order to ensure that these campaigns continue to deliver fantastic results, we are expanding our Marketing Team to include a dedicated Marketing Campaign Executive.

In this role, you’ll use a range of digital platforms to get the right messages to the right candidates and ensure every vacancy receives maximum numbers of high quality applications. It will be up to you to plan, implement, optimise and evaluate campaigns with varying budgets and geographical scope - closely monitoring each one to ensure that not only does it achieve the optimum results but also represents excellent value for money.

This will include the use of Google and Bing PPC and social media advertising, as well as identifying, researching and trialling alternative methods that may prove useful.

Working closely with the rest of the Marketing Team, you’ll devise creative solutions to the challenges you face in order to achieve the consistent levels of success with each and every campaign.

You will also carry out post-campaign analysis and reporting, identifying successes and challenges to ensure further success in the future.

About You

This role would be ideal for a qualified marketing professional with a developing understanding of online advertising platforms such as Google Adwords and social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn etc). You’ll be keen to take the knowledge you already have and build on it through practical experience.

We’re looking for someone with the confidence to take ownership of their own projects and the enthusiasm to continue learning and growing.

Our Marketing Team is built on team work and collaboration and we need someone who is keen to play their part in that. You’ll pride yourself on your communication skills and will be willing to chip in and help others, both within the Marketing Team and across the business.

There will be significant training and support available, both internally and externally, but we are also looking for someone capable of hitting the ground running and getting stuck straight in. You won’t be alone though as your team members will always be available to lend a hand and give advice.

Whilst not essential, it would be a massive bonus if the successful candidate was a confident writer, able to write coherent reports and contribute to writing web copy.

Graduate Client Partnership Executive

The Role

In this role, it will be up to you to ensure we are getting the right messages to the right candidates and ensure every vacancy receives maximum numbers of high quality applications. You’ll plan and implement successful marketing campaigns, using a range of online platforms including search engine marketing, social media. It will then be your responsibility to monitor the results and adapt your approach to ensure that each one is successful.

Working closely with the rest of the Marketing Team, you’ll devise creative solutions to the challenges you face in order to achieve consistent levels of success with each and every campaign.

You will also carry out post-campaign analysis and reporting, identifying successes and challenges in order to ensure further success in the future.

About You

This role would be ideal for a confident and bright marketing (or related) graduate looking to take the first step of their marketing career in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

We will provide you with the training you need but you will also be required to quickly take ownership of your work and become an integral member of the team.

Our Marketing Team is built on team work and collaboration and we need someone who is keen to play their part in that. You’ll pride yourself on your communication skills and will be willing to chip in and help others, both within the Marketing Team and across the business.

Any experience of using social media or online advertising would be massively beneficial, as would any previous experience of carrying out research projects and analysing the subsequent data.

Production/Support Administrator

Can you combine creativity with a technical mind, great communications skills and a passion for problem solving?

The service that our Production and Support team provide is integral to our exceptionally high customer satisfaction rating and impressive client retention. As our client roster and demand for our range of services continues to grow, we’re looking to add to our dedicated team.

The role

With superb communication skills and a willingness to help solve problems quickly and efficiently, you will provide support to clients and candidates via telephone and email. With training and support from the team, you will learn quickly and be able to assist with any problems that arise on any of our set of recruitment products.

As all of our products are used and managed in an online environment, a logical mind is key. Problem solving and investigations will be a constant theme of your work, and the desire to go above and beyond for whoever you are helping will be a normal part of your dynamic contribution to the Jobsgopublic experience.

We expect you to...

  • Offer telephone and email support to both candidate and client queries.
  • Set up and administer new users on our various recruitment systems, providing guidance and aftersales care.
  • Liaise with our development team, escalating and prioritising incoming support issues accordingly.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible service and experience for anybody who contacts Jobsgopublic requiring assistance.

About You

You don’t need any prior experience as you’ll receive full on-the job training, what’s important is that you have the right attitude and personality to become a key member of our team.

This includes:

  • A polite, confident and enthusiastic phone manner.
  • Familiarity with the internet and computers, with an interest in solving problems and finding solutions.
  • A passion for customer service.
  • A calm and patient demeanour when providing technical support.
